Hi and welcome! I'm Jacky, a Bachelor of Information Technology graduate from the University of Queensland with a double major in UX design and information systems. My long-term goal is to build a career as a Security Analyst, specialising in protecting systems and networks from evolving threats. At present, I bring a strong foundation in software development, programming, SQL and systems support, with hands-on experience solving complex technical issues. My background in UX design adds a unique perspective, allowing me to approach cybersecurity with both a technical and human-centred mindset.
